Financial Literacy

Empowering the Next Generation

Educating through relatable experiences, honest feedback and actionable tasks.

Lonnie Ballard grew up in a small Central Texas town and built a successful 15-year corporate career solving problems for the world’s largest companies such as Apple, Nike and Amazon. Along the way, he also launched several businesses focused on design, fabrication, and investing. Despite his professional success, Lonnie didn’t grow up learning about money. Inspired by a mentor in his early twenties, he began a journey toward financial freedom that changed his life. Now, he’s passionate about sharing that knowledge through his books, presentations and one-on-one coaching - designed to help others avoid mistakes, make smarter financial decisions, and build a future of independence through career growth, entrepreneurship, and wise investing.

The youth of America is not getting the financial education that they need to prepare them to make the financial decisions that they face. PerFin is hyper focused on filling this gap by publishing easy to read literature, engaging short films, and by presenting directly to outgoing high school seniors and incoming college freshman.
